Quick Pizza Dough

Want dinner in a half-hour and want home-made pizza? It's not impossible, use this great quick pizza dough recipe and add on your own tomato paste, cheese, toppings. Cook in your own, normal oven!

Ingredients:

2 1/4 cups flour

1 package yeast

1 tsp. salt

1/2 sp sugar

1 tsp olive oil

Heat 3/4 c. water & oil to 125-130 degrees, or just your warm water tap so that it is hot but not scalding to the touch. Mix yeast, salt, & sugar into the water to activate yeast. Gradually mix with flour until it forms a dough ball. Add more water or flour as necessary. Knead until shiny. Turn dough onto lightly floured surface & let rest 10 min., covered. Can be refrigerated in plastic bag overnight. Bring to room temperature before using. Roll dough into 14" circle or 15 X 10" rectangle. Bake 12-15 minutes (first add toppings!) at oven's highest setting (not broil). Oven rack should be in lowest position. Makes 1 lb.
