Muriel's Chocalate Cheesecake Cupcakes


Ingredients: (cheesecake mix)

8 oz. cream cheese

1 large egg (beaten w/fork)

1/3 cup sugar

1/8 tsp salt

1 cup chocolate chips

Blend cream cheese, beaten egg, sugar, and, salt in mixing bowl with large spoon. Then stir in chocolate chips.

Ingredients: (chocolate cupcake mix)

1 1/2 cups flour

1 cup sugar

1/4 cup cocoa

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup water

1/3 cup oil

1 tbsp white vinegar

1 tsp vanilla

Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in another bowl. Then add water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla to mixture and stir well.

Put paper cups in muffin tin and fill 3/4 full with chocolate batter. Drop heaping tablespoon of cream cheese mixture on top. Stir into spiral if desired. Bake 30-35 min at 375. Freezes well.
